Therapy is a personal endeavor and the type of therapy that may help, as well as the length of treatment, varies from one person to another. Initially, expect to build a relationship with your therapist, establishing trust and comfort. Sessions typically involve talking about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a confidential, non-judgmental setting. It's a space where you can express yourself freely.
The first step is to have a brief initial telephone call to discuss what you are looking for and establish whether therapy is right for you at this time. We will also talk about some practical details, including availability for sessions and fees.
I charge from £65 to £75 for a regular 50 minute session, depending on time of day.
Fell free to get in touch and arrange a first, non-binding initial consultation.
